Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are developed by the Momofuku Culinary Lab and produced in facilities across the United States and Asia that meet our strict standards for quality and authenticity.
Are Momofuku Goods vegan or vegetarian?
Many of our products, including our Chili Crunch and Soy & Scallion Noodles, are vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product pages for specific ingredient lists and allergen information.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is an issue with your quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do your noodles contain MSG?
We believe in the power of umami. While some of our products contain naturally occurring glutamates, we focus on high-quality ingredients to deliver the bold flavors Momofuku is known for.
How should I store my Chili Crunch?
Our Chili Crunch is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration after opening. Simply store it in a cool, dry place and ensure the lid is tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
